Idrotten torsdag 13/9

Idag så hade vi Kinisikamurren på idrotten. Jag gillar den leken. Jag jobbade med att vara snabb när jag skulle springa över mattan fast jag skulle nudda matan med foten. Jag jobbad med splitvishen också när jag kollade på väktaren och när jag var väktare skulle jag hålla koll på dem som skulle förbi. När jag skulle förbi mattan och ta ärtpåsen fick man nästan lura väktaren så den tror att man ska på de hållet när man springer andra hållet. Jag kände stress också för att man fick inte stanna länge vid väktaren och försöka springa förbi för då fick inte dem andra springa i laget. Man fick chansa också om väktaren tar en eller inte.

Idrotts dagbok 3

Jag sprang igår (tisdag) på idrotten. Jag sprang Gunnesbo-rundan på 21,47 min. Det är 40 sek mer än föra gången för att jag startade från idrott och slutade i idrotten. Föra gången så startade jag vid övergångs stället slutade vid övergångs stället. Jag försökte allt vad jag kunde att jogga och tänkte hela tiden att jag ska inte stanna utan att jogga. Om jag springer några gånger till typ 3-4 gånger så tror jag att resultatet blir bättre.

It is Lockies birthday. He’s now 13 years. Serge and he’s mother give a wetsuit to Lockie for his birthday. He tests the wetsuit and it’s good. But the problem is that he can not take take off the wetsuit. When he undresses he sees Vickie and Vickie gives him a kiss. After that Lockie has a girlfriend. After that he surfes agin . He saw a new girl. She surfed too. When Lockie is in the restorant with he’s family. Vickie comes after with hers family. The girl comes out from the kitchen. She said that he now she now how said you are awsone. But I think Lockie means in surfing. Vickie it is angry with Lockie.

Idrotts dagbok 2

Jag cyklade runt om hela Gunnesbo rundan i lördes som är ca. 3,2 km. Jag cyklade ganska snabbt som jag alltid gör när jag cyklade. Jag cyklade på den trögaste växeln som finns på min cykel. Då är det lite lite ansträngande när det är liten översbacke. Jag kollade tyvärr inte tiden när jag cyklade men jag har ett cykel mål också när jag klar med detta arbetsområde och det är jag ca. 7-7;30 min.
