Orienteringen Skrylle 27/9-12

Idag (27/9-12) så hade vi orientering i Skrylle. Jag orienterade med Erik och det gick jätte bra tyckte jag för att vi blev godkända! Det var inte bara det som var bra utan allt var vra tyckte jag. Vi joggade men gick också men joggade för det mesta men i slutet så var vi lite stressad för att vi visste inte hur många poäng samt om vi blir godkända så då ringde vi Jossefin och hon sa att det stod på baksidan av kartan hur många man fick per varje kontroll. Efter ett tag så fick jag ont i fötterna och det är jag säker på att det var lågt vi skulle orientera och jag har nu tränigsvärk men inte ont i fötterna längre. Vi kom ca 15 min innan det var försent tror jag 75% och det var bra tyckte jag.

Idrottslektionen 25/9-12

Idag så hittade jag tre olika saker i Gunnesbo. Dem tre som jag hittade var enkla men dem andra två som jag försökte hitta var lite kullriga. Jag var på ett område och jag skulle ha gått en annan väg som ledde till dagiset men jag visste inte att det var dagiset på kartan. Jag var en väg under dagiset. Den andra frågan som jag inte kunde var bilens nummer men jag letade samma område för att på kartan så var det nära. Men jag föstod inte direkt frågan. När jag joggade så tycket jag att det var kalt. Jag joggade 50% och gick 50%. Jag gjorde för att det var inte på tid.

All reprot that Lockie will kiss Dot at five but the problem is that she is only eleven and Lockie is 13. Dot coming be 12. But Lockie kiss Dot but not in that time at five. Lockie kiss Dot when she was in the labiry. And after that Lockie has a girl friend agin. When Egg and Lcokie walked round ocean thay meet something not good. It was a dead fish. When they walk a litel bit they saw tube line. It was something green but not good environment. Lockie and Egg will talk too the boss of the concerns but a security guard say too thew that can go from there. Egg and Lockie organsation a protest. Whenthey are in a shoping center thay give to the pepole a papier of the protest. But they meet the bad boys. The bad boys put the waste basket in the Lockies head. After that Egg took Lockie home and there they tried to take out Lockie frome waste basket. Fianelly they Eggs mother, Egg and Lockies mother take Lockie out.

They go too John East. But Lockie is not going too there for help about the river. He is going there for his girl friend. They have the protest meeting in Lockies house.

Lockie said too Egg that he can talk to the speech but he said that only becoose he wants to surf with Dot. Egg came out sand. Dot asked why Egg not take out his socks. Lockie said he have freky toos. Egg said too Lockie that time that never said to anybody,but he did do that. Egg said he go to the supermarket. After Lockie and Dot have surf thay decided that they meet five a clock. Lockie waint Dot but she never came. He was late too the protest meting. Egg speech too the crowds when thay wainted Lockie. They have not much crowds. But Egg failed. Lockies mother was angry becoose he came late. Next morning Lockie make the breakfast too Eggs parents. Lockie said that Egg has do the brakfast.

Idrotten den 20/9-12

På torsdag (20/9-12) så hade vi att man ska pricka i ärtposarna i plitarna. Första gången så fick man springa runt kornerna och man fick springa så många gånger man inte hade missat och man hade prickat i fem gånger då fick man gå direkt till sitt lag. Jag träffade bara i ca. två. Sedan körde vi två olika versioner till och den en av dem var att man måste prick i två stycken och om man inte gjorde det så fick man gör om det. På dem andra versionerna hade man hoprep, basketboll och konerna att gör för dem poängen man hade missat. Men på andra versionen det var då vi fick att man kunde göra basketboll.

Idrottslektion 18/9-12

När jag hade idrott idag tisdag (18/9-12) så körde vi två olika bollspel. Den första var att det var två par per lag skulle mötas. Det var nästan fotboll fast man hade större boll och att man skulle hålla i hand i en lagkamrat. Det var ganska ansträngande för att man är ganska få i en relativ stor plan. Jag tyckte att det var roligt för att jag gillar bollspel. Det andra bollspelet var nästan handboll fast med en större boll och att man skulle stutsa bollen och sedan åka upp till sin målvakt som blir då mål. Det var roligt tycker jag också men här får man jobba mycket mindre för att det är många fler på plan.

Vickie and hers father and mother are doing a commercial to Vickies fathers car companey. Lockies family car are not working. They will buy a new but old car. But they didn’t. Egg sit in a car. Vickies father said to Egg that he go out from the car. Vickies father go to the police station. Sarge how is the police in the town come to the car companey. Vickies father said that the car was not to sale the car and he belive that Egg has stolen the car. Lockie meet Egg how is not feling good. He has running from the home becose his father and mother are angry. Lockie said to Vickie that she said to hers father that Egg has not stole the car.

Sammery; It is good Friday. Lockie teach Egg with swimming. When Egg take of his sock he said to Lockie that he never teld to anybody about that. Lockie said okey. Egg have like two fingers in one. Lockie tech Egg. But when Egg go deep in the whater Lockie help him. When Lockie go to help Egg in the deep whater and he swallow river. When Lockie came out from the whater he spit. Lockie and Egg give look like algae to Philip how is Lockies brother and he is special of labaratory I think. Lockey promise that he give a big easter egg choklet to Philip. But he did not give that to Philip. Lockie and Lockie asked theirs parents about the river for help but they where busy. Lockie and Egg asked how care about the river. But when they said how it is to John East how it was in the river they saw the surfer girl. She’s name was Dot. Hers name is Dot. She was loking for a t-shirt. lockie buy a new t-shirt for east and he put the t-shirt outside the door of hers uncles house. But that day he forget right the name in pacet from where the t-shirt was and he forget the egg choklet to Philip. But in the morning Lockie and Philip have egg choklet. When Lockie and Egg swim Lockie saw Dow with the t-shirt Lockie bought.

Cyklade runt Gunnesbo-rundan

Jag cyklade runt Gunnesbo-rundan i lördes 15/9-12. Det tog 8,41 min att cykla rundan. Det kändes sådär svårt eftersom jag tog i allt vad jag kunde när jag hade motvind. Jag försökte att ha den trögaste växeln på min cykel men ibland var det svårt när fick motvind. Jag fick jobba ganska mycket för att när jag kom hem så hade jag lite ont i lungorna, hjärtat och jag fick hosta. Men det gick bort på ca. 30 min. Jag tror att det är ett tecken att jag har ansträngt mig.

Idrotten torsdag 13/9

Idag så hade vi Kinisikamurren på idrotten. Jag gillar den leken. Jag jobbade med att vara snabb när jag skulle springa över mattan fast jag skulle nudda matan med foten. Jag jobbad med splitvishen också när jag kollade på väktaren och när jag var väktare skulle jag hålla koll på dem som skulle förbi. När jag skulle förbi mattan och ta ärtpåsen fick man nästan lura väktaren så den tror att man ska på de hållet när man springer andra hållet. Jag kände stress också för att man fick inte stanna länge vid väktaren och försöka springa förbi för då fick inte dem andra springa i laget. Man fick chansa också om väktaren tar en eller inte.

Idrotts dagbok 3

Jag sprang igår (tisdag) på idrotten. Jag sprang Gunnesbo-rundan på 21,47 min. Det är 40 sek mer än föra gången för att jag startade från idrott och slutade i idrotten. Föra gången så startade jag vid övergångs stället slutade vid övergångs stället. Jag försökte allt vad jag kunde att jogga och tänkte hela tiden att jag ska inte stanna utan att jogga. Om jag springer några gånger till typ 3-4 gånger så tror jag att resultatet blir bättre.

It is Lockies birthday. He’s now 13 years. Serge and he’s mother give a wetsuit to Lockie for his birthday. He tests the wetsuit and it’s good. But the problem is that he can not take take off the wetsuit. When he undresses he sees Vickie and Vickie gives him a kiss. After that Lockie has a girlfriend. After that he surfes agin . He saw a new girl. She surfed too. When Lockie is in the restorant with he’s family. Vickie comes after with hers family. The girl comes out from the kitchen. She said that he now she now how said you are awsone. But I think Lockie means in surfing. Vickie it is angry with Lockie.

Idrotts dagbok 2

Jag cyklade runt om hela Gunnesbo rundan i lördes som är ca. 3,2 km. Jag cyklade ganska snabbt som jag alltid gör när jag cyklade. Jag cyklade på den trögaste växeln som finns på min cykel. Då är det lite lite ansträngande när det är liten översbacke. Jag kollade tyvärr inte tiden när jag cyklade men jag har ett cykel mål också när jag klar med detta arbetsområde och det är jag ca. 7-7;30 min.
